Meet the Principal Solicitor
Born and raised in the Tamworth region, Kasey Burr brings a strong commitment to the local community and a passion for delivering clear, results-driven legal solutions.
Kasey was admitted to practice in 2017 in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She has since developed a strong focus on criminal defence, representing clients across a wide range of offences with professionalism and care.
In 2019, Kasey became an Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner through the Australian Government Attorney-General’s Department. This accreditation authorises her to facilitate family law disputes involving children and property.
In 2021, Kasey also became a Nationally Accredited Mediator under NMAS and AMDRAS. She continues to be passionate about helping parties resolve family law, civil, and workplace disputes outside the courtroom.
Whether advocating in court or facilitating mediation, Kasey brings a calm, strategic approach and a genuine focus on fair and realistic outcomes.
